The Bessborough centre crèche is so blessed with the access it has to a wonderful outdoor space, enable our children to explore and see how their world changes through the seasons ie how the daffodils grow, watch the rabbits frolicking and then wonder where they have hidden the Easter eggs, watch their potatoes and sunflowers grow from earth filled tins, tolerate the putting on of sun hats and sun cream whilst playing in the onsite playgrounds, to then having layers, coats and wellies to head out and kick the fallen leaves as winter approaches or jump in whatever forbidden puddles they find and just observe quietly as nature goes to sleep till its spring time again.
